Meaning ‘sunset’ in the local Galician dialect, Lusco is a vibrant, bright, and relatively full-bodied Albariño. It has a powerful nose with aromas of fresh herbs, tropical fruits and floral tones. Fresh and complex on the palate, the wine is unctuous, soft and refined.
Long, cold macerations (12 hours) with shorter ones (4-6 hours), in which the grapes are directly pressed to give our wine complexity and freshness. Use of totally native yeasts to start fermentation which has led to greater complexity in the wines. Aged on the lees (4-5 months), to produce a wine that lingers on the palate without losing freshness.
Perfect to accompany seafood and fish, such as hake, turbot or lobster.
